How do I place an order on Sister Tees Couture website?

Ordering on is fun, secure and easy.  Follow these quick steps to get your order placed:

  • Browse through the Sister Tees Couture website by clicking on any product.
  • Click on your sorority name.
  • Add product to your Shopping Cart.
  • Register or verify your shopper information.
  • Select your payment method and submit your order.
  • Order Confirmation will be emailed to you.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, this is when you will be asked for your credit card information.

How long until I get my Sister Tees Couture product?

Non-custom online orders placed through the website will take 10 days to produce, and then the shipping method that is selected.  The product goes into production as soon as the order confirmation is received by Sister Tees Couture. You may refer to our section on shipping for further information.


Shipping Information

We are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Sister Tees Couture does not ship orders to post office boxes.    

Orders are typically shipped within 10 business days after the order is complete.  We use the USPS and Standard UPS shipping rates for Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight, and will ship Saturdays, where Saturday service is available.  Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.  

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number from within 24 - 48 hours.  You can view the progress by tracking your package at If you have any questions about the tracking of your order, please contact our Customer Service team at


How can I make returns or exchanges?

We are only able to accept product returns that are in sellable condition, therefore anything that is worn, altered, washed will not be returned.     

All product returns must be shipped back to Sister Tees Couture within 15 days of the delivery date. If the product does not meet your expectations, then we will exchange it or accept the product return for a refund. Shipping is not part of the product refund.

All Sister Tees Couture shirts are American Made with a custom Sister Tees Couture label.

How to place a Custom Order?

Custom orders are fun with our in-house designer to help you with your design concept.  Let’s get creative.  First, go to the homepage and click on the tab “Custom Orders”, follow the directions through the inquiry form, and click submit.  Within 24 hours one of our Sister Tees Couture sales team members will be in contact with you about your submission.

Sister Tees Couture will GIVE a percentage of all proceeds back to sororities’ foundations.

We take great pride, and it is our commitment to support the future of each sororities’ foundation.  


Sister Tee Couture is licensed for these sororities.

Affinity serves as the licensing and marketing provider to help organizations protect the integrity and ownership of their trademarks.  Sister Tees LLC has licensing rights to partner with the following respective sororities’:   

Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Phi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Phi Mu, Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Kappa, Zeta Tau Alpha and National Charity League.
